Breakdancing is one of the most exciting and physically demanding dance forms. Our Breakdancing classes at Dream Athletics are tailored for kids ages 6-12, where they’ll learn the fundamentals of this high-energy street dance. Taught by experienced instructor, Reckless Rex from the Humboldt Rockers Breakdance Crew, these classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while teaching foundational moves like toprock, footwork, freezes, and power moves. Breakdancing is not only fun, but it’s also an amazing workout that develops discipline and perseverance.
