Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. Tuition is auto drafted through IClassPro our class management software on the 1st of each month In addition to tuition I will pay competition season fees based on my selected program. Season Fees are ran on the 15th of each month I understand that a late fee will be assessed on the 5th of each month for late tuition payments. I understand that a late fee will be assessed on the 20th of each month for late season or competition fees. Excessive tardiness in payments will be ground for my child not competing, and possible dismissal from the program. I understand that my uniform is a separate cost and is due at Dream Team Day. I understand shoes are not included with my uniform. I can order any all black cheer shoe I choose. I also understand and agree that as a parent signing this contract; I am solely responsible for the tuition, travel expenses, uniform and all other competition fees as outlined in this packet. I understand that all season fees are Non Refundable. I understand and agree to allow Dream Athletics to charge my card that I have provided below in the case I do not get my payments in on the designated due dates.

*A down payment of $100 per athlete is due at the completion of this form. The down payment amount goes towards Professional Fees as outlined in the Season 9 Packet.* Please note at the completion of this registration Dream Athletics will contact me within 24-48 business hours to collect my $100 per athlete down payment. My down payment will go towards my athletes season fees for competition. After collecting my down payment a Dream Staff member will also set up my athletes team placement time. Team Placements will be held on June 11th and 12th at Dream Athletics.
